Hello,
Thanks for visiting! I am a 28 year Lake Tahoe resident
who moved here from Massachusetts. My plan was to ski
for the winter and return home, but I fell in love
with all that Lake Tahoe has to offer and decided to
make it my home. I take full advantage of living here.
I am an avid backcountry skier, mountain biker, kayaker
and currently captain of Tahoe Adventure Racing,
a semi pro multi-sport team.
I started working in the construction industry when I arrived and eventually
became a general foreman on large commercial construction
projects, but found myself with a lure toward buying
and selling properties. In 2000 I became a California
licensed General Contractor and started in the speculative
home building market. Finally, following my love
of real estate I took the next step and here I am.
I feel that I have gained comprehensive knowledge regarding buying and selling
properties. I am extremely versed on all city, county
and TRPA regulations as well as preparing site assessments
for future tear downs.
